In September 2015, Kelley Clayton was beaten to death in her home by an intruder while her children were in a nearby room. Her 7-year-old daughter, Charlie Clayton, was the first to find her lifeless body in the kitchen while Kelley’s hockey star husband, Thomas Clayton, was out at a friend’s house playing poker. After detectives interviewed the daughter and the friends at the poker game, a more sinister story began to unfold, and Thomas Clayton’s deception revealed his true ice-cold nature.
